Overview
Manage all your compliance and voluntary REC allocations in one system of record solution that helps prevent double-counting environmental claims and ensures compliance with precision and reliability.
Dashboard
The allocations dashboard is comprised of one primary view with the ability to drill into one allocation more granularly, as well as the ability to create a new allocation.
The primary view shows completed and pending allocations and a table of allocations recorded for the selected time frame.

Allocation Details
By clicking on the Allocation ID, a new allocation page will open up for that specific allocation. That page contains two view: Allocation Details and Activity Log.

On the Allocations Details page, the user can view any relevant details such as on retirement or allocation.
Activity Log
In the activity log, the user can view any activity associated with that allocation for the selected date range.

New Allocation
From the primary allocations view, the user can press the purple “New Allocation” button on the top right part of the screen in order to create a new allocation. There are four steps to creating a new allocation:
- Retirement Details
- Filter Criteria
- Prioritization
- Review & Submit
Retirement Details
Once the user chooses to create a new allocation, a dialogue box will appear requesting details about the new allocation they wish to create.
The user must enter or select from the drop down menu, the answers they wish to select and press the purple button labeled “Next” in the bottom right hand part of the screen when they are complete.

Filter Criteria
The user must enter or select from the drop down menu, the answers they wish to select and press the purple button labeled “Next” in the bottom right hand part of the screen when they are complete entering the filter criteria.

Prioritization
The user must enter or select from the drop down menu, the answers they wish to select and press the purple button labeled “Next” in the bottom right hand part of the screen when they are complete entering the prioritization details.

Review & Submit
Finally, the user presses “submit” after reviewing the new allocation details they have just entered. This will create the new allocation in the system.
