Login & Reset Password
Help logging in and reseting your password
Login Guide
- Open the login page at https://dashboard.cleartrace.io/
- Enter the email address associated with your account.
- Enter your password. Ensure you're typing it correctly and the caps lock key is off.
- Click the "Log In" button.
Once a user has successfully logged in, they will be directed to the Inventory page.
Reset Password Guide
- Enter your email.
- Click the "Forgot Password" link on the login page.
- Enter the email address associated with your account and click “Remind Me”.
- Check your email for a password reset link.
- Click on the link in the email and follow the instructions to reset your password.
- Once you've reset your password, return to the login page and log in with your new password.
