Cleartrace supports white labeling its dashboard. If you would like to configure any of the following, please reach out to your Cleartrace implementation team or the support email address support@cleartrace.io
Subdomain
Instead of accessing the Cleartrace dashboard at its usual domain dashboard.cleartrace.io
, white labeling the subdomain allows customers to set their own domain. For example, companyx.cleartrace.io
Logo
The Cleartrace logo in the top left hand corner of the dashboard can be replaced with a company logo. The customer must provide a high resolution logo file to their implementation team for configuration.
Help Center
If your company wants to support its customers independently, the Help Center contact information button can be altered to direct customers to your own help center or a mailto email form, making it easier for end users to reach out to your support desk with the correct information.
There is also a text blurb on the Help Center landing page that can be edited to direct end users to access support in the way you see fit.
In-Dashboard Disclaimers
Cleartrace understands methodologies and metrics can have highly specific meanings for organizations. This is why Cleartrace supports the ability to add an in-dashboard disclaimer or additional note for the following sections:
