    • Cleartrace has historically been most useful for corporate real estate, energy procurement and sustainability departments.
  • What types of data can be processed in the Cleartrace platform?

  • How can I get my company’s data into the platform?
    • Your company can share a file containing a static data set or opt to share data in a more automated way such as with an SFTP or API. For a more detailed overview of data ingestion options, please see this help article.
  • What if I don’t know where to get certain data? Does Cleartrace help acquire data?
    • If you do not know where to get certain data, Cleartrace would be more than happy to help with data acquisition. We have reliable process for acquiring the best available data, which we have used with many customers.
  • Does the contractual instruments page show when RECs are generated?

  • Does the platform have flexibility with bundled and unbundled RECs?
    • Yes, there can be multiple contractual instruments. They can be bundled and unbundled.
  • Can I see how much energy was generated by a certain asset?
