Portfolio Management - Assets
Detailed guide for the Portfolio Management - Assets section.
Overview
Accurately record and track essential environmental attributes associated with owned and purchased assets and the energy they produce, preventing the double-counting of environmental claims and ensuring compliance with precision and reliability.
The Assets section has two distinct pages within it:
- Dashboard
- Data Table
Dashboard
The dashboard page has two distinct charts that can both be filtered according to the user’s preference for viewing the data. Data can always be extracted from the platform in CSV format by pressing the “Download” button in the top right corner.
Use the data picker at the top right hand side of the page to adjust the dates for which data displays.

The first chart is a map view, filterable by state or balancing authority.

The second chart is a graphical display of energy generation filterable by Fuel Type, Country, State, Balancing Authority, BA Zone, Operation Start Year or Assets.
The charts can be viewed as either a stacked bar chart or donut chart.

Data Table
The data table shows the total number of assets in the portfolio and how much energy is collectively generated across them for the selected date range.
Each generation asset and pertinent information about it such as fuel type and address is listed in a filterable data table.

Use the Filter button at the top right of the page to open a dialogue box for advanced filtering options.

Clicking on the name of each individual asset will open an individual asset page, which features details about that asset including details, energy generation and certificate data associated with that particular asset.

The meter can be clicked on in order to observe even more granular data about the meter itself.
